As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll help design and maintain robust cloud infrastructure to ensure our systems are always secure, scalable, and automated. You’ll work cross-functionally with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams, supporting CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to documentation and system reliability best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure with a collaborative SRE team.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Deploy, configure, and monitor cloud services, servers, and network appliances.
  • Proactively identify and escalate security or availability issues.
  • Standardize and document processes to align with SRE best practices.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in off-hours support rotations as needed.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of configurations and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We prioritize aptitude over experience. If you bring curiosity, responsibility, and a drive to improve, we want to hear from you.

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in SysOps, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong experience in Windows environments.
  • Deep understanding of AWS (Azure/GCP a plus).
  • Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Skilled with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Java Applications (e.g., Tomcat).
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and monitoring/log aggregation tools (New Relic, Splunk, etc.)
  • Exposure Jasper Reports and cloud security best practices.

Location: This is a remote opportunity, open to applicants authorized to work in Brazil.
