Role Overview

In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with AI systems to improve their ability to understand and solve complex programming challenges. This involves creating technical content, evaluating model outputs, and providing high-quality feedback to refine system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and respond to computer science and programming-related questions to enhance AI model training
• Review, evaluate, and rank AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and quality
• Analyze AI responses and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve performance
• Contribute to improving AI understanding of complex coding concepts and problem-solving approaches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a well-regarded institution
• Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
• Strong writing skills, including grammar, clarity, and technical documentation in both languages

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
• Experience working on real-world coding problems and system-level thinking
