Solutions Developer

This role designs and builds the technology solutions that run the Brasil business, working where business process, data and applied AI meet. It turns operational problems into working solutions across CRM, property management, finance and marketing platforms, owns the integrations between them, delivers the analytics leadership relies on, and takes AI and automation use cases from proof of concept to production. A builder role: you ship working solutions, not requirements documentation.

What You'll Do

• Design and build solutions end to end — discovery, build, testing, deployment, adoption and measured benefit.
• Own CRM as an enterprise platform: data model and integrity, record flow to property management, ERP and finance, and custom development beyond native configuration.
• Build and maintain integrations across property management, CRM, ERP, marketing and vendor systems using APIs, middleware and automation platforms, with proper monitoring and reconciliation.
• Identify, prioritise and deliver AI use cases — document and invoice processing, resident and employee assistants, content generation, forecasting and decision support — each with a measurable outcome.
• Act as technical owner of AI capability: approved models and tooling, prompt and agent patterns, retrieval architecture, evaluation, and the mandatory privacy and security review before deployment.
• Own the enterprise data platform — pipelines, data models and certified metrics — and deliver the operational, financial and portfolio dashboards leadership relies on.
• Partner with Property Operations, Leasing, Marketing and Finance to map processes, quantify the opportunity and agree success measures before building.
• Document designs, integration flows and runbooks, and provide second line support for the platforms and solutions you deliver.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SQL (complex queries, tuning, data modelling) and practical development ability in a modern language, Python preferred.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, authentication patterns, JSON, webhooks and iPaaS tooling such as Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with BI platforms, Power BI preferred, and with at least one major CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, CRM).
• Applied experience with AI tooling: LLM APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval based approaches, agent workflows and AI assisted development.
• Working knowledge of data privacy requirements including LGPD; property management or ERP platforms.
• Track record of shipping working solutions with measurable outcomes, moving fluently between business language and technical detail.
• Bias for action, comfort with imperfect data and with a growing business where processes are still being defined. Fluent in English.
