Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a SQL Developer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SQL-based solutions to support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.

• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support business applications.

• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues to enhance system reliability.

• Document database schemas, data models, and query logic for team reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SQL with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.

• Hands-on experience with database design, indexing, and partitioning strategies.

• Familiarity with transactional and analytical database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable SQL code.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, for database schema changes.
