Your Responsibilities

• You develop high-performance search solutions with Typesense for our international customer projects.
• You design and implement scalable backend systems based on Python.
• You work closely with our teams in Germany and Brazil in a remote-first environment.
• You support DevOps processes to ensure smooth application deployment.
• You optimize existing database queries and ensure excellent data quality.
• You accompany the entire software lifecycle from the initial idea to the finished MVP.
• You actively contribute your expertise to the technical consulting of our startup partners.
  
  

Your Profile

• You have at least five to seven years of solid professional experience in software development.
• You possess expert knowledge in Python and have successfully implemented complex projects.
• You are a pro in handling Typesense and optimizing search algorithms.
• You have very good knowledge in backend development and fundamental knowledge in DevOps.
• Your Portuguese skills are at C2 level and you communicate confidently in English (C1).
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and value the dynamics of agile startup environments.
