We will have 5 tracks available: Software Engineering - Python/Ruby on Rails; Data Analytics; AI - Database Reliability; AI - Site Reliability Engineering; Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Solution Development: Contribute to the end-to-end development of solutions, including research, planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• System Optimization: Help improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of existing components.
• Guided Engineering: Develop under the guidance of an experienced professional, covering coding, testing, deployment, debugging, code reviews, and quality assurance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams (Product, Design, Engineering, or related technical teams) to understand problems and contribute to solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with the team and continuously learn.
• Productivity & Best Practices: Build productivity skills around version control, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and industry best practices.
• AI Tool Integration: Use AI tools (copilots, agents) to support research, planning, implementation, and review—providing adequate context and critically validating the generated output.
• Ownership of AI Outputs: Understand and take full ownership of deliverables produced with AI assistance, ensuring quality and alignment with Pipefy’s standards.

Requirements

• Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of technical fundamentals (programming logic and fields related to the position).
• AI Interest & Hands-On Experience: Genuine interest and initial experience in applying AI to technical workflows.
• Critical Thinking with AI: Ability to use AI critically and responsibly—testing and validating results before applying them.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Self-Awareness & Growth Mindset: Openness to self-assessment and a genuine drive to continuously improve.
• Curiosity & Persistence: Curiosity about how things work and the tenacity to learn.

Desirable Qualifications

• English Proficiency: English reading skills for technical documentation.
• Agile & Lean Mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean principles.
• Portfolio & Projects: Personal, academic, or professional projects (built with or without AI assistance).
