• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Guide and mentor other full stack developers on business and technical concepts to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation across the codebase.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Very strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Experience

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a seasoned full stack engineer who takes ownership of quality, from clean code and solid test coverage to thoughtful code reviews. They are comfortable working across the front end and back end, collaborate easily with product and engineering peers, and enjoy helping other developers grow.

Just as important as technical depth is the ability to adapt to changing technology, understand the business context behind the work, and contribute to a team culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
