Web Developer

This role is focused on building modern, scalable, and high-quality web applications that support data-driven business and analytics products across multiple markets. You will work across the full frontend development lifecycle, transforming design concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces with strong attention to usability and performance. The position involves close collaboration with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences and reusable component systems. You will play a key role in shaping frontend architecture while ensuring code quality, maintainability, and test coverage. The environment is highly collaborative and product-oriented, with a strong emphasis on UX excellence and scalable engineering practices. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Translate design mockups and prototypes into high-quality, production-ready code with strong attention to UX/UI detail.
• Build modular and reusable React components to support scalable frontend architecture.
• Design and evolve a frontend component system capable of supporting multiple markets with varying requirements.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure consistent, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application stability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of frontend engineering practices.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Node.js development.
• 2+ years of experience working with React.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design systems.
• Advanced English proficiency for collaboration in an international environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality UX/UI implementation.
• Experience working in agile, product-focused development teams.
• Nice to have: experience with NestJS, TypeORM or other ORMs, Next.js, and Python development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across engineering and design teams.
