Back End Java Developer Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least four years of experience building Java applications, most recently within a microservices architecture. Preferably, you will have a strong understanding of DevOps and deployment procedures within an AWS environment. However, any experience with containerization and continuous integration would be beneficial. Streaming protocols for VOD and live streaming technologies are bonus points!

The candidate will have a strong understanding and experience building Rest APIs, streaming protocols, and Microservices, often integrating with third-party software. They primarily focus on streaming solutions, digital security, and automation, working with Java 11, Spring Boot, AWS Lambdas, Docker, and CI/CD.

This is an opportunity to grow into a Lead or Principal engineer while working on some of the most complex solutions for the media and entertainment business.
